You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or pricing at any time, with advance notice provided to current subscribers before such changes take effect.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach any security measures

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HAPPYRENT, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR USE OF THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HappyRent and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via email or through the Services. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
